General Terms and Conditions Car Rental Reservation in Amertha Dana 2
Thank you in advance we say to our customers / prospective customers our honored, for the trust & chance to serve you. Before proceeding to the online car reservation process, we ask you to read some of our rules:
Rent A Car with Self Drive
- International Driving Licence is required for foreigners and National Driving Licence for Indonesian National.
- Rental rate are for 12 hours and an additional night, free of charge provided that vehicle is returned at 7 p.m. The following day in case of extra hours customer will be charge USD 5,00 per hour.
- Renter will be fully responsible to any damage, theft of the car or any part of it, if the car is not driven on the road ( i.e: beach, field, etc )
- The renter will be fully responsible to any consequence caused by letting or giving the car to be driven by a person other than the renter.
- All prices listed above include all risk insurance.
Damage to cars in the rental fee only minor insurance claims of USD 50,00 - To damage in a large capacity (cars can’t operate, broken glass, etc) will be subject to major insurance claims for rental cars a month.
- Pickup and delivery at the airport was not at cost or free to wear during working hours.
- Pickup and delivery area hotels Kuta, Tuban, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Seminyak, Denpasar, and Petitenget not put a cost or free of charge during working hours.
Rent a car with a driver Amertha Dana 2
- Rent a car with driver services are calculated for 10 hours, extra time would put the cost at as much as 10% of the cost of renting a vehicle.
- Damage to the vehicle due to negligence, entirely the responsibility of Amertha Dana 2
